1. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order for Call2Owner services within 24 hours of purchase. To cancel, contact our customer support team at support@call2owner.com with your order details. Once the cancellation request is received and processed, you will be notified via email.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • Cancellations Within 24 Hours: Full refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of purchase.

  • Unshipped Orders: If your order has not been shipped, you are eligible for a full refund.

  • Defective Products: If you receive a defective Call2Owner tag, contact us within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or refund.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for a refund:

  • Shipped Orders: Once the Call2Owner tag has been shipped, it is non-refundable.

  • Activated Services: Any service that has been activated or used is non-refundable.

4. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the cancellation request is approved. The refund will be credited back to the original method of payment.
